    These semiconductor capacitors are formed with dielectric reoxidized barium titanate on the semiconductor ceramic surface. They are characterized by their compact size and large capacitance and they are used for coupling and bypass applications.

    Capacitors shall be subjected to life test for 500 hours at 85℃ ± 3℃ and 25V or 50V DC. After removal from the oven , capacitor shall be cooled 1 to 2 hours to standard condition for testing , and then measured

    Humidity life test( damp heat, accelerated)
     
    Capacitors shall be subjected to humidity life test 500 hours, at 40 ± 20℃ , 90 to 95﹪ RH, and 25V or 50V DC. After removal from the oven, capacitors shall be cooled 1 to 2 hours to standard condition for testing, and then measured
